Cancellation Policy

Most program expenses are incurred while preparing for you to attend a course. Our cancellation and refund policies reflect the fact that it is impossible to recover these costs for late cancellations, no-shows, or withdrawals. It is also nearly impossible to fill a space on a course if you cancel at the last minute.

If you cancel:

60 or more days prior to course......75% Refund

15-59 days prior to course......50% Refund

14 days or fewer.......No Refund

Students who leave a course once it has begun, whether due to sickness, evacuation, or any other reason, will not be entitled to a refund though arrangements may be made to transfer to a future course during that same calendar year, if spaces are available. Students who do not show up for their course will lose the entire deposit.
